Supplementation of Information
In order to process your credit card orders, we use Stripe, a third party service, to validate and verify your account information. All billing and account info is transmitted via https which is a secure encrypted protocol system.

When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however, we make all reasonable efforts to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. Lost/Stolen Packages
Pie-Eyed Inactive Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. *PLEASE ADVISE: 'Business days' are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The refund will be credited to the method of payment that you used for the initial purchase. All original shipping costs are non-refundable and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.
APO and FPO
Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with USPS and will be charged an additional $5 shipping charge. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available.
RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be given unless an error occurs on our behalf.
1. Items must be returned within 30 days.
2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
All return labels cost will be compensated by Pie Eyed Inactive Wear.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pieeyedinactivewear.com.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
***All shipping charges are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS handling time on all orders. Some items may take an additional 2-3 business days to process. After it ships, you will be sent an email with your tracking information. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available. We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. We have a flat $6 shipping charge on any order within the US. Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be shipped out on the same day (if you place an order at 3pm EST Monday with Next Day it will not arrive to you until Wednesday). To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses. We will always do our best to assist you, but Pie-Eyed Inactive Wear does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
